Our refund and returns policy allows for returns within 45 days no questions asked. If the purchase was made over 45 days ago, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

If you wish to request a refund, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You must follow these instructions to complete your return: Send us an email at [email protected], or use the Contact Us form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. We will provide you with an authorization number which must be included with your returned item in order for you to receive your refund/replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] and we will instruct you on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
